Like many of you, I am also the busy parent of someone with autism; however, my son is an adult, but he still lives with me and I am his primary caregiver because he is unable to live on his own.  I'm also a single parent and I work a full-time job away from home plus I fill orders for my website in my "free" time from home.  And I am also the founder of a statewide parent support group which now has over 600 members.  I maintain the website and email list for this group and serve on various committees involved with trying to ensure a better quality of life for people with developmental disabilities.  In addition to all of that, I am a full time student working on my bachelor's degree.

So as you can see, I have many demands on my time which makes it difficult to respond to individual emails.  Sometimes I fall behind on filling orders because of these demands or because an item is on backorder.  I appreciate all of my customers who have been patient with these delays.

I hope you enjoy the products that you've purchased here and will find them to be an asset in coping with the challenges of autism and in bringing awareness to people who aren't familiar with the issues we face.

I'm currently processing orders that were placed after April 28th.  Everything placed prior to that has been shipped except for out of stock items and one order for San Juan PR which I have been unable to ship due to problems with the address.   

Due to personal reasons I will not be processing any orders on Friday, October 24th.  I expect to resume processing orders on Saturday the 25th & will post an update at that time.

Orders placed through September 22nd were shipped as of October 1st.  Orders that were placed through September 26th will ship out tomorrow, October 7th.  One item is on backorder and that is the Vertical Autism ID Card.  It is expected to be available for shipment on or about October 15th.

I'm still processing orders that were placed September 13th.  I hope to get caught up this week.  Please be patient & understand that I'm a parent too and like you, have many demands on my time.  I work full time in addition to maintaining this website & my online store, plus I provide care for my adult son with autism who lives with me and I go to school part time.  Next week is mid-terms which I must find a way to prepare for along with the regular homework assignments that are due this week.  My work week starts at 4:30 am and often doesn't end until nearly midnight.  Unfortunately, there just aren't enough hours in the day! 

All orders placed through September 9th will ship out as of tomorrow morning.  Please allow 3-5 days for USPS delivery.  I'm currently processing orders that were placed Sep 10th and hope to have them in the mail to customers by the 27th.

As of today, all orders placed through August 21st have been shipped.  Please allow 3-5 days for USPS delivery.  Currently there are no items on backorder.  Please visit my site to see all the great items offered there.  One product that I think is really cool is a black & white oval bumper sticker with the letters "AUT" for autism in the center.  It can be ordered from my "Decals" page. 

All orders that were placed by August 7th have been shipped as of today with the exception of orders that included the Autism ID Package and bulk orders for the "Autism, Do Not Stare" awareness cards.  The "Do Not Stare" cards and the sticky notes that are part of the ID package are currently on backorder.  These items should ship the early or mid-part of next week.

I can't believe that summer is nearly over, but I can't say that I mind!  I'll be glad to say "goodbye" to our 100+ degree temperatures. 

All orders placed prior to August 3rd have been shipped as of today (this includes orders received by "snail mail").  If you need more specific shipping information, please refer to the email you received via either PayPal or USPS when your order was shipped.

This evening I will be reordering stock and tomorrow I will begin processing orders that were placed August 4th & later.  I'm currently out of the sticky note pads, so if you placed an order for them there will be a slight delay.  If you wish to substitute another item in it's place just send me an email and reference your order number from your electronic receipt.

I'm currently processing orders placed July 21st.  Everything ordered prior to that has already been shipped with the exception of orders paid for by check (snail mail) which will be processed by the end of the week.
